Whether you’re new to Mindfulness or already an advanced meditator, this session breaks down definitions, common misconceptions, and benefits based on the past 20 years of research. You’ll learn basic Mindfulness techniques and how to apply them in the workplace. This is best served for 6 people or more.

  • Mindfulness 6-week Program

    Move through a weekly Mindfulness practice customized for your everyday work life. With tailored meditations for each week, you’ll explore getting off autopilot, reconnecting with your breath and body and finding peace even in the most frantic moments. This course includes reflection exercises, group discussion and a recommended daily meditation routine. Topics include:

    Introduction to Mindfulness, Mediation 101, Creating Separation between Work & Home, Improving Sleep, Boosting Focus and A Mindful Workday (Remote, Hybrid & In-person options).
